Everything you sell — items, outfits, emotes, passes, ad space — you keep 80%. No tiers, no thresholds.

First-mover everything
Early creators define the culture, set the prices, and own the best locations. That only happens once.
How you get paid
- 1.You sell. Outfits, emotes, items, game passes, ad space on your plot — priced in real money, bought by real players.
- 2.You keep 80%. Every sale splits automatically: 80% to your creator balance, 20% keeps the city running. No tiers, no thresholds, no fine print.
- 3.You cash out. Once your balance hits $50, request a payout — paid monthly via PayPal or Stripe. Track every cent in your dashboard.
Creators earning $600+/year provide tax info (W-9/W-8BEN) as required by US law. Payout processing fees are deducted at cost — we don't mark them up.
Who qualifies
Keep it simple — meet any one of these:
- ✓1,000+ followers on any platform (X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram…)
- ✓10,000+ monthly views on your content
- ✓A shipped game or experience with real players (Roblox, UEFN, Fortnite, anywhere)
Apply with a link to your work — a human reviews every application, usually within a couple of days.
What we ask in return

Share it once — X, TikTok, YouTube, your pick.
3. That's it
No exclusivity. No lock-in. Build anywhere else too.
